Worked good for the like the first week then every week after i had to go up a scoop every week to get the same result. Jack3d has been much better and SP 250 was pretty good also.

Cycle support is a good thing to use if you are worried...stick with the creatine, protein, multivitamin. They will be benefical when running your cycle. And a clean bulk diet will do wonders also
