Hi i've successfully used IF on a cut before, i understand the concepts of calories in vs out for fat loss, however i wanted to know if it was possible tot lose fat using if on a bulk.
thanks for all your help another problem macros shall i mainly increase fats and then gradually introduce carbs, maybe start of with 50g starchy carbs 1st week?
hi im finishing my psmf cycle next week and starting a bulk,i was wandering if the best way to transition was to intially bump up cals with more fats and gradually add carbs
any ideas of what to do in this situation. ive been stuck at approx 20% for over a year and ive used high protein diet with 1000cal deficit yet ive lost no fat

I have beans w/out the sauce. i dont track every calorie, i did a few weeks ago and i have adjusted my diet but i am 100% sure that i am at a deficit around about 500cals per day
