How good is slim pasta for cutting!
tastes like a$$ though, I think it's the texture, but my mind thinks I'm getting pasta and that's what counts haha :) have to eat it with really good sauce...

I used (and still use) two little 2kg plates on the floor under each heel - ATG every time.
Don't bother with a smith, it's un-natural and I still don't know why people squat in there...
I don't count cals but if I had to guess roughly about 2000-2500, doesn't sound much for my size but considering I sit at about 1400 when I cut it's welcomed! i'm still just as hungry now as I was...
that is a hard body right there! I feel you though, got to 18.5ish this cut but with this break I'm hoping to hit 15 next cut. You will get there definitely B, got the goods!
