Switching it up is always good, but you should also try just taking a week off and give your body some extra recovery time. Sometimes thats all it takes.

It takes about a week to get the full effect. How often are you working your chest though? Seems your posts were only a few days apart?

Actually I do take ON fish oil too.

Animal Pump is awesome, it might take a week or so before you get the full effect though. But by the time you are done with your workout you will feel twice as big.

I agree that taking a break will help. It just worked for me. You dont necessarily have to stop going to the gym all together, just go less often and drop the weight down a little for a week or two.

I use my Foreman grill almost daily and my chicken comes out perfect, and there is hardly any fat in the drip tray. Are you cutting into it too much to let the juices out or something?
