hi everybody, i havent been on the forums in awhile since i switched to powerlifting awhile back, anyways, just because im powerlifting doesnt mean i cant have a low bodyfat.
i cant believe that just the shakes are doing it but it was the only variable ive changed its soo weird ive tried shakes with water and it does the same thing it wouldnt hurt to increase my veggies...
