I understand the importance of streching during a workout, but I was never really sure about during recovery (days off)...so everyone here agree's its cool? Benificial even?
Is there any advantage or disadvantage to streching on the days when I am not working out? I want and need to become more flexible, but I don't want to sacrafice muscle gains.

See, this is what is causing me to go nuts! There is so many different ways to workout. I guess I will do what I have to and find out what works best for me.

I have done it a few times, and it seems to work somewhat good. Do you think that I should do the full body for a month or two? Or is a couple of weeks enough?
