Stats are 37yrs old.......201#....prolly 15% b.f.........lift 5 dayz a week........motocross once a week,,,,,just looking to start eating cleaner, loose some b.f...eventually get more muscular.
eating also aids in keeping the metabolism going smoothly as it has to breakdown the food, also keeps u feeling full vs shakes......and of course is more natural.
Gallon a day may be a tad much, but 1/2 gal a day is not bad at all if your bulking........back in the 70's in arnolds days, that most of what they drank.
