DLT...does this guy have you?
Got 505 and 375 in mock meet...wasnt able to test my deadlift...going to work towards competing in raw nats and continue to work with jordan
Bade news...big chance I have to miss meet due to work. If I can't do it, I'm gonna do mock meet tomorrow: Here are projected attempts
Math is the greatest
1. No major injuries...this is by far my most important goal.
2. BW: 220lbs
3. Squat: 585lbs
4. Bench: 425lbs
5. Deadlift: 635lbs
6. Compete at least twice...really want to do USAPL Raw Nats
This is making me depressed...can we at least until the last week of December for this?
Breathing squats...look them up.
It can take up to 2-3 minutes to complete.
worked up to 435x1 ....flew up
Upper back work
Top movies I want to see: Birdman, Whiplash, FoxCatcher, Fury, Night Crawler, Gone Girl, Mockingjay, Theory of Everything, Wild
Not True...Oregon's All-American center Grosu, has been day to day and might not play.
Either way...Ducks Win
Didn't Isaku just close that thread? It's pretty normal for your lower back to be taxed...
Doing more core work has helped me with this. Especially prior to deadlifting (thing like planks)
Good luck with those numbers...def seems like a possibility. 600 would be awesome
365x1...very smooth. Pause Bench PR of 17lbs...felt like I had a lot left in me...
benching felt awesome...crushed everything. 325 actually felt...
Yea, I mean I'm just a lot stronger on all my lifts, probably even bench when I have a belt on.
In other news, I just saw the report for all applicants for my Meet in 2 weeks and I wasn't on it. ...
I agree...just speculating.
Now what if Arizona and Missouri win and baylor and ohio state win big?
Pac 12 and SEC shut out of the palyoffs? hmmm..
If Arizona wins I see them replacing Oregon and becoming the 4 seed, they will have the 2 best wins by beatin oregon twice. Then again, if OSU and Baylor both blow out their opponents...then things...
felt fine...no belt this week as well
Then I did upper back accessories
Good stuff with all the PRs
