What would be the point - I eat foods I like when I find most convenient to me - So, eat what you like, being reasonable when it comes to macros and micros, whenever you feel like it.
I don't bother counting them, I just try to eat a wide variety of whole foods everyday because I like them and, by doing so, supplying my body with micros.

Simple, weigh the food, don't try to measure it by volume.

Butter and onions in a pot, put either carrots, tomatoes or peas, then rice, and then water and cook it until water has been absorbed. They all taste delicious.
I have absolutely no idea how much water I drink, I just drink it when I'm thirsty.
