the funny thing is, this dr didn't seem to really give a ****, he is the one that did the stress test, he stated to me that lifting heavy is unhealthy for anyone!! Well looking at his physical...

I'm curious as to where you get this info from! I would love to believe it is true, and maybe i'll give it a try just to prove it.

thanks guys, I was wondering the same thing, it surprises me that lifting would do that. Now i've had high blood pressure for years, and i'm more incline to believe it is do to that than any thing...

feels good doesn't it, I just did 10 plates a side for my first time last week. I'm not much heavier, only 165 lbs, but have lifted most of my life.

I'm sure we would all love to see some pics, good show. I think we are far from the norm, well unless you are 50% fat.

I am only 5'5 and weigh in at 172 lbs right now, like to see if I can hit 180 but that is really pushing it for my height.

I'll take that as a compliment.... I assure you the first one is of me as well
