I just did 4 week workout that averaged 8-10 reps, 1 muscle a week, 5 days a week.

Should I start high rep workout, an even lower rep workout? Should I overload and hit everything twice a week?...

Um, i believe i took Combat powder protein, animal pak, animal flex, shock theropy (preworkout), BCAA, fishoil, and serious mass (which was a big help)
