i use to get real close to it when over doing the weight about a year ago. exhaling when at lockout then inhaling again fixed it for me as I do more weight then before.
not sure what biochem ultimate or whatever it is is. But try some actual popular stuff.

the blandness is what i like about it tbo. i hate berry **** because it's always over powering, this seemed just right.
