Does anyone find close grip bench press to be hard on shoulders joints? or is it just me? ..... i do it for triceps usually because i heard its a good size builder compared to other workouts.

stick with the basics at first..just understand the idea of calorie count and how much calories your body needs to (cut/maintain/bulk). Usually (3000/3500/4000) calories.. for me as an example....
go to a gym that has people with good progress going on, they'll motivate you a lot..*
