This would have been powdercoated, not painted. Your best bet would be to take a piece to the paint store and get it color matched.

I have wall mounted dip bars, mine also have pads on them so it doubles as a vertical knee raise. They don't move and are far enough out from the wall so I never hit the wall.

From my experience, the cheap ones are a waste of money as they wobble too much. I found the best value for money is a wall mounted dip station. Doesn't move at all and can be bought for around $50.

Or you can lower the bar on to the cage safetys. Get a power rack.

All of those will be useless if you're doing dips. They don't weight enough and rock around alot when doing dips. They will even rock when doing pullups.
