    Meal#1 - No am cardio:
    6 egg whites, 1/3 cup oats, 1/4 cup soy milk
    284cals/3F/32C/27P
    after am cardio:
    1 scoop whey, 1 cup...

    umm... if you think you made the right bigger my leg lifts, I would suggest doing them for the left too.

    However, if it was me I would do lunges & count to make sure I did the same amount on each...
