It comes out to about 3.5 grams of BCAA's per serving, then some glutamine and stuff. I have a post somewhere titled "How much BCAA in ICE." The full breakdown was given in that thread.

That means 39.6 grams per day, not per dose. And there aren't 5 grams of BCAA's per serving either, there are only about 3.5 and then some glutamine and a couple of other aminos to make the total of...

I'm not sure, but I think creatine while cutting is fine. Cell-Tech though, is not a good choice for cutting. Cell-Tech has way too much sugar, I would take a creatine that contains no sugar.
