Thats a meal plan that I came up with after looking at other peoples meal plans on here for cutting. I calculated the calories/carbs/proteins so thats where I got the numbers from in my first post....

Meal 1 (9am)
Multi Vitamin
Fish oil
3 or 4 egg whites
Wheat Bread
Protein Shake

Meal 2 (12pm)
1 Banana
Chewy Bar or some type of Fruit
