Took a break over the weekend. Just did the usual cardio for rest days.
Today was a group workout day. The last one of its kind, since my last day was today.

Got in a killer Tri workout yesterday. Felt sick, that feeling like your going to puke, but it never happens.. is the worst. But i pushed through it, and got it done. Just had to cut out the close...
Got in a nice group workout today. So random, and hits multiple groups lightly, which sucks; but, at least its still a killer workout in general.
-Flat bench press

Shoulder day! (and some back) When i got done, i couldn't even shoulder press 20lb dumbells without struggling. I guess we'll see about them doms tomorrow, haha.

Bicep day! My favorite lifting day by far; haven't met anyone else who shares this feel, lol. Worked out at home today (got everything i need for biceps here).

I have no clue what they're really called, i just made up a name after doing them. It works more than just the bicep, and probably isn't good form, but i absolutely love doing them, lol. I'll see...
Actually i know a lot of people who would agree with you. At least on the bicep part. I just absolutely love the pump. But we can definitely relate on the leg day problem, haha.
I haven't been in for a while. Are we just posting apps like this from now on?
Good, good. School to work, school to work, rinse and repeat. No time for anything anymore. Back to working out now, though. Can't wait to move out so i can workout more often! Need my motivation...
I'm thinking i'll try intra tomorrow, mix it with some compete.
Day #1:
Feeling good after a weekend break from lifting. Hit the gym hard on shoulders today. Mainly just used the pulley machine for everything, and the one we have isn't specifically weighted....
Alright alright. Looks like i might have to kill myself tomorrow and put that Restoraid BG combo to the test. :D
Seems like i haven't been in here in forever! Soon i'll finally get around to using up my Cal Trim!
