So I will make a quick note about soreness, I did a leg workout I havent done in a while, last time I did it I was dead afterwards, this time I recovered alot quicker.

I think this may end up being a smarter method for me so i wont under/over dose cause I tend to take my OT twice a day and it throws me off
sorry guys got sick as hell for a while there, this is my second day back in the gym and starting back on my clear muscle.
do you always dose 2/2/2? So I've been taking clear muscle long enough now to say that I do notice a decrease in muscle soreness and an increase in recovery time.
Will be dosing 6 pills, my schedule varies from day to day but will try to be consistent.
Im usually up from 6am-11pmish.
2- 8am before training
2- 2pm after training
2-7pm last meal of the day

I can do back squats but nowhere near my max due to some groin pain, but I can front squat fine. should I max out on front squat and use those %s or just do paused/speed back squats?
