    Back Pre bulk vs Post bulk & mid cut. No Back gains?

    180 lbs 13% vs 187.5lbs 13%
    After a 5 month bulk + midway through my cut.

    I will cut till around 172 around 9% Or whenever I feel lean enough for another bulk.
