I do 4 exercises for pecs.Max 5.Here is my 2 programs.
Flat bench bb press:3 sets
Incline db press:3 sets
Incline db flys:3 sets
Pec-deck flys:3 sets

My favourite medial head exercise is close grip bench press and cable kickbacks with d-handle.For the long head"the biggest head" lying incline ez bar overhead extensions and lying cable overhead...
I really suck at barbell bench press guys.It's weird but I have only strength loss for this exercise.At other ones like inclines,declines and flys I can go heavier.HELP ME ABOUT IT.
