There is a great thread in this section on the EC stack. IMO, everyone should read this thread before starting your own cycle, very informative and gives tips on cycling doses up and down.

I'm also right in that range, and am trying hard to get a little tighter. I'm really interested to hear what some of the feedback is on this matter as well from the experienced posters.
