Wide Shoulders
Squat: 250
Dead: 305
Bench: 180
ive got a stronger deadlift then squat and im pretty tall
this sounds really ****ing awesome :P wouldnt the op overtrain on this though ?
im on a full body routine of 5x5, 3 times a week:
Squats
Deadlifts
Bench
Military Press
Rows
BB Curls
Do i need BB rows and military press if i have Bench and deadlifts ?
the deadlift is both but i would have it on back day because then you can use squats as your power movement on leg day
