    Heavy wide grip pulldowns and pull ups also target biceps pretty hard. . as well as heavy flat bench for triceps OP :)
    IMO, heavy compounds should be your priority.

    I aim for 2-3 HIIT sessions weekly when bulking as well as a couple outdoor activities like hiking.
    Of course, I bump my calories to replenish the calories lost :)

    If you fall short, simply rest for a quick 5 seconds and complete your set the best you can....
