Will push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and cardio get me more muscle/less fat (RIPPED)?
And if so, can I do that everyday? I will be be using protein and creatine.

Day 1: Arms/Shoulders/Back
Day 2: Arms/Shoulders/Chest
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Rest
I would do Cardio every...
Can I do: "Shoulders, Back, Chest" one day. "Arms" the next. "Legs" the next. Then repeat?
