seriously read ss its a great beginner program. but instead of power cleans do pendlay rows until you can learn power cleans. look for ss basic barbell training

Squats will work hams and abs and give u core strength. Te only thing i noticed that leged was rear delts.

Because off my shift i lift at 12 am now and yes it is tru i have way more energy and motivation at night Eat allday and work does get me pumped too lift.

Bench 90 now 160
OHP 60 now 120
Deadlift 135 now 285
Powerclean 115 now 260
