I've used liquid DMSO before. Make sure that you get 99.9% pure, otherwise it could be very stinky.

I believe it's systemic, so you want to use places where the skin is thin. The tops of the feet are a great place, just make sure that you have at least 30 minutes to let it dry before putting on...

i've had good experiences with e-bol, and i'll be using it again beginning next week. amplitude looks like it could be good too, assuming that it's a high percentage extract.

no need for hydrolyzed protein at bedtime. also, no need for bcaa and eaa in a casein-based mix. flax seed, from my experience, tastes really bad.

no, i'm saying that high quality whey (5.89 a pound) is not that different than the $5 a pound for EAS, and considering the large quantities that EAS puts out, i don't doubt the qaulity too much....
