    Whey Isolate Question

    Bodybuilding.com doesnt sell MGN Whey Isolate in anything over 2lbs...and since their 2lbs is not really a great deal anymore...I am trying to find a better choice...what WHEY ISOLATE do you guys...

    Pullups overhand I do 5 reps with 60 lbs on my body. so over 20

    and pushups...god who knows...easily over...

    I gain best when I use reps in the 4-12 range. Start out with 4 and work to higher reps as you become more fatigued
