i work out about 3 times a week (im trying to build muscles) and after every workout which is about an hour i do some boxing and kick the punching bag/speed bag for about 10-20 min
but u can never know what really is in there. of course the sellers will tell u that its all good and that it helps and thats y i dont wanna aske THEM haha
