If anything, I'd say cut to where you're comfortable then bulk for competition from there. Then once you've put on some solid mass, you can get prepped to compete
Fwiw, I'm 175lbs right now and cutting on 140-150g protein per day wit no change in muscle loss compared to when I used to cut wit 200+g protein. Personally I'd try to figure out your lean body mass...
We can't really answer that for you. Imo, bulk til you feel you've reached your upper limit of where you'd like your bf% to be then cut til you're as lean as you'd like to be or ready to bulk again
Intermittent fasting would suite you. Chicken or other meats, jerky, shakes, cottage cheese, greek yogurt for protein, assorted nuts for fats and carbs shouldn't be hard to come across
No legal fatburners are gonna make up for a crappy diet. Hell, even the illegal ones wont either really. Well wit the exception of probly DNP. But sides are highly impractical for most to deal with
IIFYM is completely tru as long as you still get a pproper amount of protein. *this winter i dieted down to ~9% bf by eating chicken, tuna, tilapia, pb snickers and other candy bars on a daily basis...
