    Pain above elbow while benching??

    Chest and Tri question

    For the longest time Ive been Doing
    Bench x4 like usuualy 10 8 4 and whatever else i can get
    Incline x3 10 8 then whatever
    Dips x3 10 8 then whatever
    Then Flies x3 8 reps.

    btw I do mix this up...
