Chest
-Bench Press: 45x10, 135x10, 225x8, 245x6, 255x2.
220 at like 30% bodyfat dude.
ate fast food 3-5x a day for months.
You'll think this is good once i get my g/f's camera and upload a pic i took awhile back.
Yep, started running today.
Diet is in check so It'll start falling off.
Hopefully I dont lose too much muscle.

Was fairly easy, and if I wasn't in a rush for time and had a spotter I woulda done sets of 245 and 265.

-Superset: Machine Front Presses 1x8x150, 1x8x180, 2x8x200.
Bent-Over Laterals 4x8x35....
I've never done high volume workouts so hopefully this can help raise my endurance.
Also, I prefer this over cardio. :D
Workout #1
- Sleep: 6 hours.
- Weight: 216.
- Workout Lenght: 1 Hour, 10 Minutes.
- It's going to take awhile to get use to the high volume, and I burnt out easy.
Gonna eat a little more carbs...
