I second this advice. I think you should always choose to do more reps in the competition lifts, rather than assistance exercises. More than 2 assistance moves is excessive, imo.
If you're fatigued, out of that list I would try zinc first. You may be having difficulty with keeping your test levels up. Zinc can help with that.
