Chicken, white beans, and salsa...

Beat the eggs together, add condiments (I use adobo), then add tuna and mix a bit more. Then I cook them in a non stick pan

Haha, think Its a Peruvian thing. My mom used to always make them w/rice and lentils...never thought they'd come in this handy
