well if u want to clean bulk u can eat carbs every meal for sure man..eat it up!!..if u train like an animal ull need all the carbs u can get...don t worry about it to much..just eat..ull see results...
if you bike that much..up hill ? too..well i would do your legs only when you have a chance...because i would think your legs would be gettin a good enough workout from the bike...no?
Well if one side got that much bigger in 6 weeks..use some dumbells like the other dude said..but take 5 pounds heavier on the side witch the chest is smaller...

NRead in a M & F Mag the other day that they say you should have a multi in the morning and after you train (night) cause you need it more then a average person..since you Train so hard....any fee...
