I'm 16, been lifting for about a year. Just wondering if this is an alright split that allows enough Recovery and Rest, I can't change sports training days.
So basically I just would like an opinion on if I should continue bulking or cut.

Just do the Pull-ups, I'm pretty sure they're like compound exercises and don't worry about the bf that's just gonna make you work harder for it, keep working at it and you should be fine
Just keep with it and it will get better regardless but maybe add some decline exercises and bench presses using a bar on flat incline and decline.
It takes time but it will get better regardless
