I use my 5' bar all the time. It is a great addition to a home gym because it can be used in tight spots.

I just looked and I don't see the backpad listed any more. It was in the discontinued section.
I have the pad but don't use it any more because my Hoist bench is great for doing seated exercises...

If you have a high/low pulley, you can use a bar on the low pulley and lean back against the weight to do them.
This is how I do them on my rack..

I really liked my set. I even went so far as to paint the lettering on them.
I have since upgraded but VTGX grip plates are some of the better ones out there IMHO.
