Any reasoning for that, thought they are mostly for recovery to help with DOMS and warm up before workout. I only use it when muscles feel sore.
Not sure about the price but I have and love those. The best plates I've used so far, easy grip is awesome, they are easy to slide on and off the sleeves due to metal center hub, rubber is quite...
Contact email address on their web site.
It's a rubber plug, just pry it out with something like screw driver.
I got Hampton Ultra Lite 6' aluminum bar for my wife a while back

It fits the rack...
Just for the record, Hampton sell replacement rubber caps and rubber rings, I got myself a spare pair for each bar when one the bar arrived with cap damaged.
Finally heard back from Rogue rep:
Guess that explains everything, too bad as I really like the original knurling.
And works like a charm too, I just glued some 1/8" UHMW to it, it's thin enough to still fit 32mm Hampton. BTW, got it from APT Pro, with coupon it came out cheaper shipped that from West Cary...
Wow, this one looks like the best out of the bunch, if it uses the same dimensions as West Cary, we have a winner.

Wow, the must have changed the knurling, the only reason I got it over TPB.
Interesting, how old is your bar? Mine has tips of the knurls rolled down and looks exactly like what posted on Rogue site.

I am not sure everyone would agree that doing just conventional deadlift is a problem per se for proper glutes development, done right it should load them just fine, just do enough volume.
RDL and...
Do you squat and deadlift?
They don't break in that much, if you feel discomfort, go size up.
Is that Rogue Westside Power Bar or TPB? Mine looks more like your Jessup.
Worth reading his book though.
The name of the product is "Liquid Grip"
http://liquidgrip.com/about/the-product/
It is a real chalk dissolved in some liquid that dries on hands and works like real chalk ('cause it is :))
