Currently I just train them twice a week. Last winter when bulking I trained them every day and would go as heavy as I could for reps. Something I want to start doing again

I am currently unsure of my 1rm, the 465 in my signature is from quite a while ago have not maxed in a while. I normally stick around 315 for high reps

truly it depends how I feel that day. some days 10-15 sets of 10-20reps other days 5sets of 5reps or something like that
