    I wouldn't be afraid of squatting a low amount of weight. It isnt about being the biggest or best. I think the best thing to do is to use low weight for practicing form...up from there.

    yeah, I would just eat something that wouldn't affect me too much. Once i cut most sugars out of my diet, it became a lot easier to just eat veggies or fruit.
