That's the thing, I don't see myself competing or even taking lifting very seriously, its just a casual hobby (but of course I will continue to eat well and keep protein intake high) I see myself...

yeah I'll agree that's complete bull****, I don't doubt what you said is true for many crossfiters, but not where I work out, the trainers are surprisingly knowledgeable and all around simply good...
