thanks, i know people were hateing on my lighting for the last pics i put up second one seems better but i lost 3 lbs in a week. i've just been eating 2200cals 6 meals a day walking every morning....
i like to do it before to get a good sweat and my heart rate up before i start pumping, and i hate to do it after because im usually exausted and just want to go home and eat.
