dont do close grip bench on smith machine do it on a regular bench press so you make your stabilizing muscles stronger ( thats why experienced people ive smith machines bad rep)
all shoulder exercises are pretty intense and shoulders are hardest exercises to perform correctly, make sure u stretch ur shoulders, only shoulder exercise id stay away if ur injured is arnold...
ab exercise dont make u show ur abs,it only makes them stronger, to make them visible cardio is the only thing that will show them, 6-10 bf% depends on genetics.
