I have used Purple K for 2 season's now and I really like it...I have used other creatine before but this dose not cause any water retension...I think it works great!
So I think what I'm hearing is that the chicken is of but I should add some good fat and carbs to that...one more question...should the carbs be veggies or like the yams, rice, extra or both?
