So i was thinking speed training first while you're fresh, then strength training directly after speed training, and once most of your energy is gone endurance training.
In game youre probably moving through opponents very quickly using a lot of energy, then getting tired or have incorrect footing before you have the opening to dunk.
I see what you're saying, I did try to do about 6-8 sets on my lower body before doing the 10 upper body wets but I ran out of gas...perhaps if I do this a bit longer then i will have better energy...
