Watching those videos makes me realize that I have been lied to for years by the Gran Turismo series. Cote d'Azur : Monaco :: mind : blown.
This is how I feel. IMO there is very little to gain doing BTN exercises compared to in front, but the risk of shoulder injury increases dramatically. I avoid them.
