Looks like the cut is coming along nicely. 15 lbs. in 6 weeks is a great start. I assume that will slow down a little since the water weight is mostly gone though. It should still be no problem...

Those 3 plate deficits are tough. They will definitely help with getting the weight off the floor though. I need to do them more often myself.
