I started my IF fasting yesterday. All of my calories are taken in at 530pm until 1130pm. Is this a bad move? I go to work at 8am then workout at 415pm till 530pm. Taking in 1700-1800 cal. 50-60...

ive been keeping an eye on it while lifting and doing cardio if it beats to hard i slow the pace down until its back to normal. i need to invest in a monitor so i know im keeping it under 170 at max
