this seems like a serious waste of money to me, if you are really 'out of breath' after a set on a 'normal' PL routine you have srs cardiovascular issues and should look into getting over-all...

i posted in misc to get some cred dude.....why is that a bad thing, it gets probably 2/3 the traffic of the entire site and when i do something like deadlift 500, or 498 lbs i want people to see it...
