7 days is way too much man - you need rest which is just as important as working out. Lift weights -3/4 times a week and add cardio a couple of days as well but i would really limit it to working out...
Thanks alot for all your replies guys, obviously i dont intend on eating nothing but the above, just occasionally. And i'm making sure my protein is upto 1.5g per lb of bodyweight.
1.) To cut fat is it PURELY calorie based and now your marco ratio, for instance if i eat 500 less than maintenance but still eat a fair bit of crap like pizza...
OK the way i see it, i can go on a calorie defecit by eating less then maintenance, or eating around maintenance and obviously working out to get into the minus.
I'm trimming down my bodyfat at the moment whilst hopefully staying the same weight, worked out that on non workout days, 2400 calories will be my target.
